Beaux-Arts house in Condesa with rooftop / 16 PAX

wonderful house. loved the location and the property was well maintained.some weird quirks with water pressure and it took a while for water to heat up in the mornings, not a big deal.Rooftop was incredible. beautiful.Rooms dont have locks necessarily, so that was an adjustment, but we all were aware to knock and not walk into each others rooms.We loved our stay here. I think they could definitely benefit from having a bluetooth speaker or a sound system in the house versus just the TV speakers.The staff were incredibly responsive and always available. Condesa is just a great area and this house is outstanding. Beds were comfortable. The rooms come with fans, but no A/C. I would imagine this would not be comfortable in the hotter months, but for august it was tolerable temperature at night.without a doubt we will return. wonderful house, good communication, attentive service.

We loved this apartment in the best neighborhood in CDMX. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and parks. Truly a lovely home just like the photos. Would def come back!

Good location and house fit all 10 of us. We did have a little trouble with the water not always working, but overall wasn’t a huge problem. Loved the rooftop deck and great response from property managers-even at midnight when I realized I hadn’t been given the right key to lock the door-they came! We recommend this house and would stay there again!

Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, very walkable neighborhood and beautiful setting. It’s a lovely home and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a spot for several people.
