Montes de Oca 136-502 · Spectacular PH with Roof Top for 8PAX in Condesa

Extremely disappointing stay and even worse handling by the hosts. I would not recommend this property.I specifically asked the hosts MULTIPLE TIMES—immediately after booking and again before arrival—whether the hot tub was in working condition. Despite those assurances, it was clearly not properly maintained or prepared for us. It took nearly an hour to figure out how to fill it, and once the water reached the jets, gunk and debris came pouring out. We spent hours cleaning and flushing it ourselves. Despite doing so, I subsequently developed an infection, raising serious concerns about the sanitation of the tub and a potential health hazard.On top of that, rain was actively leaking into the apartment, forcing us to put towels all over the floor to manage the water, and one bathroom was not even stocked with toilet paper.What makes this particularly unacceptable is the response afterward. I contacted the hosts multiple times to resolve this privately, and they ghosted me. I escalated to Vrbo customer support, and the hosts have apparently been unresponsive to them as well. We spent our vacation cleaning an advertised amenity and dealing with water leaking into the apartment. Problems happen; refusing to address them afterward is another matter entirely. Very dissatisfied with the property, its maintenance, and the complete lack of accountability from the hosts.

We were 4 women having a college reunion and picked this home because of its layout. Well, we hit the jackpot. Not only because it was a lovely building and apartment, but also because of great responsiveness by our hosts who were always ready and willing to answer our questions. We loved the area, which is significantly quieter than Roma, but still close to coffee, tacos and the parks. The deck had great views and the jacuzzi was so nice to sit in and watch the sun rise. We can't wait to return to CDMX and Condessa.

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were worried about it getting too hot due to no air conditioning however it cooled down in the evening for very comfortable nights. However there are no screens in the windows like in America so bring mosquito repellent. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Our friends absolutely loved our stay. It was clean, centrally located, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The rooftop was the best part!
